Account & access
How do I delete my account?
Open ACE Network → Profile tab → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the prompt. Your data is retained for 90 days for recovery, after which it is permanently purged. You may also email us to request deletion.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? You'll receive an email with a one-time recovery link. The link opens ACE Network directly so you can set a new password without leaving the app.
Face ID or Touch ID isn't engaging on launch.
Open Profile → Account → Lock with Face ID. Toggle it on, authenticate once when prompted, then force-quit and reopen the app. The biometric prompt will appear on the next cold launch.
Trading & portfolio
Can I withdraw my virtual balance?
No. Virtual cash and virtual shares have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, services, or any other compensation. ACE Network is an entertainment service. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do share prices move?
Real match results drive price movements. During the 2026 FIFA World Cup, every goal shifts a percentage of value between the two teams in real time. League season pricing mechanics will be documented separately when league play resumes after the World Cup.
When do balances reset?
Balances reset at the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup final. The next ACE season begins shortly after, with a fresh $10,000 in virtual capital for every player.
My portfolio total doesn't match what I expect.
Pull-to-refresh on the Portfolio tab to force a recalculation. If the figure still looks wrong after a refresh, email us with your account email and a screenshot — we can verify against server records.
Notifications
I'm not receiving push notifications.
First, check iOS Settings → Notifications → ACE Network and confirm notifications are allowed. If they are allowed in Settings but you're still not receiving any, open ACE → Profile → Notifications and toggle the categories you want to receive (Match Result, Match Starting Soon, Goals, Daily Digest, Inactivity).
How do I turn off a specific notification type?
Profile → Notifications → toggle off the category you don't want. Other categories will keep firing normally.
Bug reports
For bug reports, please email amiri@miriassociates.com with subject ACE BUG. Include:
- A description of what happened
- What you were doing when it happened
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
- A screenshot, if possible
We prioritise reports that include reproduction steps.
